As the community of Texas lifestyle bloggers as well as beauty and fashion Instagram stars expands, Houston is really coming into its own in terms of style. Our amazingly diverse city is constantly growing and we’re no longer just known for big hair and cowboy boots (though you’d be hard-pressed to find a state that does those things better than us!). The team here at Premiere Surgical Arts is, not surprisingly, all about aesthetics, so we like to stay on top of the latest Houston beauty and style bloggers; today we thought we’d share some of our current favorites.
1. Agatha of Irony of Ashi
Agatha is hands down one of our favorite Houston fashion bloggers. She has a fearless style and isn’t afraid of color and bold prints. Interestingly, she’s a revenue accountant in her day-to-day life. We can only imagine that she brightens her co-workers days with her amazing outfits. Her Instagram is just as addictive as her blog
2. Lynne Gabriel of Whatever is Lovely
Lynne Gabriel is another one of the Houston lifestyle bloggers on our must-read list. Her blog, Whatever is Lovely, covers topics like beauty, style, home and living, travel, wedding planning, entertaining and blogging advice. It’s not hard to see why big names brands, including FabFitFun, Nanette Lepore, H&M and Starbucks, have wanted to collaborate with her. Both her blog and her Instagram are bubbly, bright and features stellar photography.
3. David Rochez of FromNYtoTX
When it comes to male Houston style bloggers, David Rochez is hard to beat. He seamlessly blends classic and trendy, casual and formal all with an eye for impeccable tailoring. We love his unique, polished personal style. His blog FromNYtoTX talks about men’s fashion, travel, etiquette, trends and more and includes interviews, tips, event recaps and giveaways making it equally entertaining and useful. We’d highly recommend following him on Instagram too.
4. Tiffany Jais of Flaunt and Center
Tiffany’s style is modern and cool. We’re big fans of how she makes even the most casual pieces look so pulled together. Her blog and Instagram are both a lesson in Houston street style. Her images feature lots of black, white and neutrals with pops of color and texture to liven things up.
5. Meg of Meg O. on the Go
Not only is Meg one of the most fabulous Houston beauty bloggers, she’s also a mom and her blog is all about sharing her favorite makeup, products and tips to empower other mothers to look and feel their . That’s something we can definitely get behind. Go follow the Houston mom on Instagram.
6. Caroline Harper Knapp of House of Harper
Caroline Harper Knapp lives a truly stylish life, which she chronicles on her blog and Instagram. Her style is chic and glam with a touch of Southern flair. She writes about interior design, travel, entertaining, fashion, beauty and motherhood.
7. Sheree Frede of SheShe Show
Sheree, nicknamed SheShe, is a Houston lifestyle blogger with an eclectic, colorful style and a blog about fashion, beauty, travel, food and drink and life in general. Her posts and vibrant Instagram account are full of outfit inspiration. However, you know what’s even more inspiring than her clothes and gorgeous home? She’s in her 60s!
8. Shasie of Live Life in Style
Shalanda Turner, who goes by Shasie, is the creator of Live Life in Style, a blog dedicated to fashion, lifestyle and events. This engineer by day and blogger by night, is an aficionado of home décor, clothes, shoes and city living. Check out Shasies’s life and style Instagram feed.
9. Lyndsey Zorich of L. Avenue
There aren’t many Texas style bloggers who can as flawlessly take timeless basics like blazers and button-down shirts and turn up the volume, whether it be through sparkle, sky-high heels or unexpected details like Lyndsey can. Her blog and Instagram have a clean but striking feel and as a mom, she often makes her adorable kids the stars of the show. In addition to fashion and motherhood, she also dishes on travel destinations, interiors, food and beauty.
10. Jillian Goltzman of Cup of Charisma
Jillian Goltzman’s blog, Cup of Charisma, is a place to find well-written posts about style, home décor, beauty, self-empowerment and relationships and her blog and Instagram photos have lots of color and movement. However, she’s a little different in that she combines fashion and lifestyle with social good and truly wants to make a difference in the world and the lives of her readers. She shares ways you can get involved, tips and ideas for living a socially conscious life, as well as updates on what charities and organizations she’s supporting.
